RecruitmentThe Master’s Program in Chinese Language and Culture at National Tsing Hua University invite applications for a tenure-track Assistant Professor position beginning in August 2025. Candidates should hold a Ph.D. in Chinese language pedagogy, second language acquisition, linguistics, applied linguistics, or a related field. Prior teaching experience in higher education is required, and proficiency in English is preferred.
Qualified applicants should download the application form from the Program’s website and submit their application materials via email to clcul@my.nthu.edu.tw by November 30, 2024 (Taiwan Time).
Required application materials:
(1) Completed Application Form (https://clcul.nthu.edu.tw/
(2) Representative Work: One representative work (published within the last three years, including academic publications or dissertations) and up to four additional works (academic publications from the past five years), for a total of no more than five works. Please provide the full text of each work.
i. If unpublished works, include proof of acceptance.
ii. For works written in languages other than Chinese, please include a Chinese abstract.
(3) Recommendation Letters: Two recommendation letters, to be signed and sent directly by referees to clcul@my.nthu.edu.tw.

Selection Process: Shortlisted candidates will be invited for a presentation and interview between December 2024 and January 2025.
