The scholarship, administered by Palacky University as the receiving institution under the Erasmus+ Programme Inter-institutional agreement (Key Action 1), provides assistance for accommodation, visas, and insurance to students from NTHU (the sending institution). Insurance needs to be purchased online by the student. Additionally, it offers a travel subsidy of up to 1500 EUR, along with a monthly stipend of 800 EUR, which will be transferred to a Czech bank account opened by the student after arrival to Palacky University. If the expenses exceed the scholarship amount, the student is responsible for covering the additional costs.

Jagiellonian University, Poland
The Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) signed between the School of Languages at Jagiellonian University in Krakow, Poland, and the College of Humanities and Social Sciences at National Tsing Hua University in Taiwan aims to increase educational opportunities and international understanding. It outlines collaborations in academic and research, teaching internships and staff exchanges. Valid for five years from August 2024, subject to automatic renewal for another five years unless terminated with six months' notice.
According to the memorandum of understanding signed between the School of Languages at Jagiellonian University and the College of Humanities and Social Sciences at National Tsinghua University, it was agreed to host up to four teacher trainees from National Tsinghua University at Jagiellonian University each academic year. Interns who are interning for one to two semesters will receive accommodation assistance and transportation upon arrival. They will have access to university resources and can enroll in courses at the Language Institute with faculty approval. Interns will also contribute by teaching or assisting in Mandarin courses, up to 120 hours per semester. They are responsible for their own air tickets, insurance and visa applications, and Jagiellonian University provides the visa invitation letter.
